At InverterACPCB, every PCB (Printed Circuit Board) undergoes strict static, communication, and dynamic compressor load testing before dispatch. If you receive a product that does not match your ordered model or exhibits transit damage, our Refund and Returns Policy allows you to request a return or exchange within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria for PCB Returns
To qualify for a valid return or refund under our policy, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- Security Seal Intact: The PCB must retain the original InverterACPCB holographic QC pass warranty sticker. Removed or tampered stickers void the return claim.
- Original Condition: The motherboard must not have burn marks caused by incorrect field wiring, high-voltage mains surge, lightning damage, or water short-circuiting during installation.
- Complete Accessories: All original wiring harnesses, heat sinks, and thermal paste kits included with the board must be returned in the original bubble packaging.
3. Diagnostic Verification & Inspection by Bench Engineers
Once your returned inverter AC PCB arrives at our diagnostic laboratory, certified HVAC electronic engineers inspect the unit within 24 to 48 hours:
- Transit Damage or Defect: If verified as defective from our facility or damaged in transit, we dispatch an immediate replacement unit via express courier at zero extra charge, or issue a 100% full refund.
