1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing this website (https://inverteracpcb.com), ordering components, or submitting circuit boards to our courier repair laboratory, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian consumer and electronic trade regulations.
2. Electronic Diagnostic & Lab Repair Services
Our laboratory specializes in component-level electronic troubleshooting and micro-soldering restoration for Inverter Air Conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machine motherboards:
- Inspection & Quotation: Upon receiving your board via courier, our technicians perform free visual and bench continuity checks. An itemized repair quote is issued before any non-standard component replacement proceeds.
- Irreparable Boards: If a circuit board suffers irreversible microcontroller chip die damage or unrecoverable multi-layer copper burnout, we notify you immediately. You may choose to receive the board back (incurring return courier costs only) or purchase an OEM tested replacement from our catalog.
- Job Card Tracking: Every serviced unit receives a unique tracking ID traceable on our Track PCB Repair Status system.
3. Product Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes:
- Payment Options: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, major Credit/Debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
- Testing Verification: Every board listed in our Online PCB Shop is 100% pre-tested on actual BLDC compressor and fan motor test stands prior to dispatch.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Transit Liability
We dispatch orders via reputable express courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Speed Post):
Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on geographical location. Customers are advised to inspect package integrity upon delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photographic proof.
5. Warranty & Return Policies

6. Safety & Professional Installation Advisory
Inverter AC circuit boards operate at high DC bus voltages (320V DC to 420V DC) and handle high capacitor stored energy. Installation must only be carried out by qualified HVAC technicians. Always discharge DC electrolytic capacitors before touching board terminals.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
InverterACPCB shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper field installation or third-party electrical surge events. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
